Patients can make an appointment with the provider they’d like to see by calling the provider's clinic.
Additionally, Primary Health Medical Group now manages the ENT practice inside the Ten Mile Medical Campus at 875 S. Vanguard Way, Suite 200. Jake Majors, M.D., and Shannon Gardiner, P.A.-C., will continue to see patients where they practiced as part of Saltzer Health.

Primary Health Medical Group is in network for most insurance plans, and urgent care is open daily at multiple locations, open to patients regardless of where their primary care provider may practice. Patients may walk-in or book online.
