After 14 years in urgent care at Primary Health, Timothy Loewenstein, P.A.-C., is moving into family medicine at our Meridian Crossroads clinic. A graduate of Wake Forest University School of Medicine, Tim cares for patients of all ages, including children and seniors, with a focus on preventive care and treatment of chronic conditions.
He is now accepting new patients, and appointments can be made by calling 208-895-8670.
Urgent care is also available at Meridian Crossroads, open daily from 8 AM - 8 PM. We accept more than 800 insurance plans and no appointment is required.
