We welcome self-pay patients who do not have insurance or choose not to use their insurance. A minimum payment is due at the time of service and we accept regular monthly payments on any remaining balance. A credit card on file will be required at check-in.
Minimum payment due at the time of service:
- $200 - urgent care or family practice visit
- $300 - specialist visit
- $400 - any visit including STI testing
The above fees may not cover the full cost of your visit, and you will be responsible for any additional balance. A discount on some services may be available for patients who pay in full at the time of their visit. If your visit ultimately costs less than your upfront fee, you will be refunded the difference.
