Shannon Gardiner, P.A.-C.

Shannon Gardiner, PA-C is a highly skilled and compassionate physician assistant with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions affecting the head and neck. Shannon graduated from Idaho State University with a degree in biology in 2000, followed by a degree in physician assistant studies in 2002.

Jake Majors, M.D.

Jacob Majors, MD, is a Board-Certified Otolaryngologist who served in the United States Air Force as an otolaryngologist and flight surgeon until June 2022. 

He enjoys treating all aspects of ENT (ear, nose and throat), offering both medical and surgical treatments, and working with patients of all ages.

Matthew Mors, D.O.

Dr. Mors sees patients at our State Street and Vanguard Way clinics. He is originally from Boise, Idaho and graduated from Capital High School in 2003. He earned his medical degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2014 and went on to complete his Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at Michigan State University.  He is board certified by AOBOO-HNS.
