New Patients

New urgent care patients are always welcome at Primary Health Medical Group. To determine if Family Medicine health care providers or Specialists are accepting new patients, please call their respective offices.

Family Doctors

Our family doctors, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners focus on building relationships with their patients for better health outcomes. You and your provider will create an individualized health plan to address your specific health care needs, from general wellness to the treatment and prevention of chronic illnesses. You may notice some of our physicians have a "D.O." suffix, and you can learn more about DOs here.
